EDEN / Serenity is a villa-type residence to be built in Thailand to be used as a vacation home. You can own a special space to spend fulfilling time away from the hustle and bustle of the city,in a quiet natural setting. Once you pass through the trees, a home that is at one with nature awaits you.

One block buys you luxury.

You can buy an NFT that provides ownership rights for 1/365th of a villa in a destination you love for as little as $5,000. Owners can also use the number of available days they own to stay at other BLOCK HOTELs that will be developed around the world. For reciprocal use, the owner pays the difference between the room rate at the BLOCK HOTEL they own and the destination hotel.
